Our days at the beach immerse in silence and meditation will open a unique opportunity for deep introspection without interruption or judgment. This is a place where you can feel safe, loved, accepted, calm, relaxed... the true you, fully immersed with the divinity within you, your divine feminine.
By removing all distractions, you can learn many things about your thoughts, emotions, senses, and imagination.
Food, includes all fantastic and healing meals during our retreat prepared by gifted personal chef Amber.
Daily Yoga, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation with Johanna.
Air or land travel, it may be possible to carpool, I will put a request on our retreat whatsApp group .
Yoga mats, props, blankets or meditation cushion.
Journal or drawing materials.
Alcoholic beverages or smoking are not allowed
all participants must be vaccinated or bring a negative Covid test taken within 24 hours before the retreat.

Arrival at 4:15 pm.
4:30 Welcome and Yoga practice
7:30 setting our intention for our vipasana practice.
Chanting and transition to silence.
Day 2 & 3
Morning: we start at 7:30 am with Pranayama, light Yoga and a guided Meditation.
8:30 light breakfast
9:45 yoga session, guided into silent meditation.
12:30: Eat lunch, rest, silent meditation
3:30 day 2,3 & 4 Drawing or/and journaling, walking meditation on the beach & dharma talk.
7:30 Yoga Nidra
7:30- 9:00 pranayama, yoga & last guided Meditation.
9:00 - 9:45 Chanting to find our divine voice of truth, journaling (20minutes). Sharing, gratefulness offering circle closure and farewell.
As we respectfully move into complete silence and meditation, knowing the rules of the retreat is simple:
Mobile phones turned off ( You could still take photos or video)
You can laugh, cry, sneeze, cough, all natural things and vow to make a real effort not to break the silence. We are bonded together by this sacred vipasana practice, together with hearts full of kindness we immerse in the space of peace.
Respect others in this judgment-free zone. Everyone’s on their own individual journey. Some people may have to break the silence, and that’s ok. Focus on your journey, in this present moment... OM, chanti, chanti, AUM.

We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance to cover personal injury, cancellation, or interruption for your experience.

Final payments are non refundable, they are 80% transferable if your travel insurance won't cover .
There are no refunds or partial refunds given for airline misconnection, poor conditions, or inclement weather. In addition, there are no refunds given for reasons pertaining to unstable global, national, or local political situation that does not directly pose a threat to the safe operations of our trips.
