I have been so fortunate to study under very knowledgeable and accomplished teachers, and this thoughts don’t take away form their lessons or how thankful I am to them... without hesitation I can say they all would agree with me.
Growing as a teacher is greatly influenced by our students, in my 20 years teaching Yoga, I can say that I have learned volumes from my students... they have inspired me to learn new things, to become a better version of myself, and motivated me to take that leap (I was afraid to take) and start something new (like this blog).
Thank you, for making me more compassionate... knowledgeable... and allowing me to share in your practice, every time you come to class is the biggest compliment you can give me...
